As someone with a family history of cancer, I am passionate about advancing cancer prevention, treatment and holistic cancer patient care.
Join me in supporting the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) for their signature 5K run/walk in San Diego, CA. This event is held alongside the AACR Annual Meeting 2024, a gathering of cancer scientists, survivors, advocates, and others to discuss the latest developments in the fight against cancer.
At this event, I'll be having a poster presentation of my dissertation research on surveillance and early-detection of second primary lung cancer using target trial emulation on April 9 (Tuesday).
The AACR is on a mission to prevent and cure ALL cancers. It is the first and largest cancer research organization in the world with a membership of more than 54,000 professionals residing in over 130 countries working on the front lines of the effort to eradicate cancer.
