• Player Donation: Charitable contribution of $30 or more
• Sponsorship Donation:  $ 300 contribution includes entry, Company name on the back of the T Shirts, social media mentions and signage at Healthtrax clubs.
• Platinum Sponsor: $ 1000 contribution includes Company name prominently displayed on the Front of T Shirts, social media mentions and signage at Healthtrax clubs.
