The American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), and its running team, AACR Runners for Research is an Official Charity Partner for the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon, which takes place on November 2, 2025.
You can join AACR Runners for Research in this race and support lifesaving cancer research. The AACR has given over $545 million in grants to fund the best cancer research in the world, with a goal of ending cancer, once and for all. Thanks to cancer research supported by people like you, more than 4.1 million cancer deaths have been prevented since 1991.
Those selected will get:
We have a limited number of entries. In exchange for a guaranteed entry to the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon, runners pledge to raise a minimum of $3,500 in donations to support AACR’s programs and services. Runners who do not reach the full goal by Nov 2, 2025 will be required to donate the difference. Additionally there is a milestone goal of $1750 due by August 15, 2025. Runners will be required to cover their own entry fee.
